The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day internal operations while serving as the primary liaison to internal and external clients on behalf of the CEO. The OM will work with our clients and our team to develop creative, sustainable solutions. The OM will help research and implement best practices. The position will coordinate various activities and ensure that Cowan Group's (CGE) day to day operation is efficient and effective. The OM must provide excellent customer service, demonstrate initiative, take ownership of responsibilities, and complete projects with positive results. As the first point of contact for the CEO, the OM plays a significant role in representing the CEO and the company's image to both internal and external clients. The OM will lead and manage a team comprised of support staff, administration, engineers, designers, surveyors, and the like and will collaborate with them to take the business to the next level. The priorities for this position include but are not limited to strategic planning, design innovation, quality assurance and control, and problem resolution.
