Upon completion of the citywide wastewater master plan, the Cowan Group Engineering (CGE) team was directly responsible for the planning, review approval, design, bidding and construction administration for Phases 1, 2 and 3 wastewater improvement projects.

Phase 1 included design management of more than 5,000 linear feet of 10-inch gravity main from Silver City Ridge Road along Worley Creek to Tyler Drive.

Phase 2 included the planning and design management of a new 210 gpm duplex suction wastewater pump station with natural gas stand-by generator and over 5 miles of 6-inch PVC force main to the existing wastewater lagoon facility.

Phase 3 included a new pump station at Silver City Ridge Road and SH 4 along with a force main to the Phase 2 pump station. Over 7,000 linear feet of 10-inch gravity main was added to serve the SH 4 (Mustang Road) commercial and residential corridor.
